Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population, conducting individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans
- Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate interventions
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Current nursing license with relevant clinical experience
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to respond promptly to patient needs and adverse reactions
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
