Travel MedSurg RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee → MedSurg RN (Travel)

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population, conducting individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients for adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.
• Experience in MedSurg nursing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
