Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population
• Conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
• Identify adverse symptoms and initiate appropriate interventions
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care skills
• Ability to respond promptly to patient needs
• Collaborate effectively with medical teams
