Travel Medical-Surgical Urology/Renal RN - $2,400 per week

Medical Surgical Urology/Renal Floor Nurse in the Midwest region. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical needs related to renal and urological conditions. The role offers an opportunity to work within a small, family-oriented unit dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions on a 19‑bed telemetry unit serving patients with acute and chronic renal failure, hypertension, diabetes, head and neck cancer, thyroid cancer, heart failure, chronic wounds, paraplegia, or quadriplegia.
• Care for kidney transplant recipients and living donors.
• Support outpatient infusion services.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Dakota.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with surgical patients.
• Must badge in and out at the facility.
• Required to wear navy blue scrubs.
• Must utilize the EPIC charting system.
• Candidates must disclose prior employment at this organization; if applicable, the end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission.

Schedule

Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week.
