Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) role provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions across all phases of preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Function within the scope and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license.
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with electronic charting systems.
• Able to float within similar units within the facility.
