This role involves caring for patients on skilled nursing units, utilizing the nursing process, administering medications, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement activities. The position is ideal for an experienced RN seeking a short-term assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 06:30 to 19:00
- Every third weekend and holiday rotation
Responsibilities
- Utilize clinical expertise to support patient care across units
- Document according to standards of care
- Participate in department performance improvement activities
- May float to other inpatient units based on census needs
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin nursing license
- Current CPR certification
- Education verification
- At least 0 years of nursing experience
