ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina. Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN. Start Date: 10/19/2026. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg/Telemetry setting
• Utilize telemetry monitoring techniques and interpret dysrhythmias
• Administer IV medications and perform phlebotomy as needed
• Manage feeding tubes, colostomy care, and other specialized nursing tasks
• Assist in the management of patients undergoing pre and post hemodialysis
• Participate in rapid response and code situations with care teams
• Ensure compliance with isolation precautions and wound care protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry
• Current RN license required (NC or Compact license acceptable)
• BCLS certification required

Qualifications

• Advanced certifications preferred
• Experience with EPIC documentation system preferred
