Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $3,235 per week

About the Role

Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This position involves providing high-quality care on a medical-surgical unit with a patient ratio typically of 1:6. The role requires flexibility to float to different units as needed, with a focus on patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Schedule

• Nights shift, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum of 48 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/31/2026

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care on a medical-surgical unit
• Float to different units as needed
• Adhere to clinical protocols and ensure patient safety
• Participate in holiday rotations as needed

Requirements

• Two years of current Medical Surgical experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Willingness to float
• Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications (must be uploaded with profile)
• Own vehicle and accurate permanent address in profile
• ALL scheduled requests must be made at the time of submission; no adjustments permitted post-offer
• Include multiple available interview dates and times in profile

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech Expanse software
• Prior telemetric monitoring experience

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
