About the role
The Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) nursing at a healthcare facility in Brick, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized care plans. The nurse will perform therapeutic nursing interventions, manage patient care, and document according to clinical standards, supporting evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med-Surg experience
- ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree
- Valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, and AHA
- Experience with telemetry and med-surg
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree
Schedule
Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week.
