Job Summary

Medical Surgical Floor Nurse (MS) Iowa Nights. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across diverse medical-surgical settings. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of adapting to varying patient needs and working within a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient assessment, treatment, and documentation within a fast-paced medical-surgical unit
• Must be able to float between units

Requirements

• Active Iowa license or multistate license required at time of submission
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• 36 months of progressive care, stepdown, or medical surgical experience required
• Must include a professional reference from within the last 24 months
• Driver's license required
• Certifying certifications (BLS and ACLS from AHA or ARC/Red Cross) required

Schedule

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• 13 weeks duration
• Start Date: 09/28/2026

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
