Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds
• Adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• BLS & ACLS (AHA), NIHSS certifications required

Qualifications

• Credential: Current RN license in good standing
• Experience: 2+ years of Med Surg experience
