Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Wausau, WI. This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely using the Epic charting system
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or a compact state
• One year of relevant clinical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
• Effective communication skills

• Alternate schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts: 07:00 - 19:30
