Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical surgical setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current Colorado license or compact license
• BLS certification
• One year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Passing scores on relevant certifications
