About the role
Neuroscience and Epilepsy Monitor Unit Registered Nurse (RN) position in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of intractable seizure disorders within a complex neurology and neurosurgery practice setting. The RN will provide patient care in a neuro-medical surgical environment, focusing on neurology patients. Minimum of two years of neurology medical-surgical experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a neuro-medical surgical environment
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat intractable seizure disorders
Requirements
- RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of 0 years of experience (two years of neurology medical-surgical experience required)
- Disclose any previous employment with any Johns Hopkins health system facilities, including staff, PRN, or travel positions
- Verification of rehire status required before offer
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel experience
- EPIC orientation (second and fourth Monday of each month)
Schedule
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
