Travel Medical Assistant

About the role

Community-based, field-driven position focused on promoting health and independence among seniors by providing direct preventive care during home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to patients, including Annual Wellness and Well-Child Visits, with an emphasis on preventive care and building patient relationships.
• Document visits using EMR tools.
• Support seniors and families.
• Travel statewide as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience.
• Medical Assistant certification or diploma.
• Clinical skills and comfort with travel.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience

• Conducting Annual Wellness and Well-Child Visits.
• Mobile or community health experience.
