Travel Medical Assistant

About the role

This is a community-based, field-driven position focused on delivering preventive care directly in patients' homes. The role aims to improve community health by conducting home visits, building patient relationships, and supporting seniors and families to help them stay healthier and independent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for patients, including Annual Wellness and Well-Child Visits.
• Focus on preventive care during visits.
• Build and maintain patient relationships.
• Document visits using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) tools.
• Support seniors and families in their homes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience.
• Relevant certification or diploma.
• Hands-on clinical skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel statewide across Colorado.

Preferred Experience

• Conducting Wellness and Well-Child Visits.
• Community health, mobile care, or home visits.
