Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories
- Prepare and maintain patient charts and medical records
- Perform basic laboratory testing and specimen collection
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and other applicable healthcare standards
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification
- Previous clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and professional bedside manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
Schedule
Full-time, 5 Days 40 Hours
Location: Saginaw, Michigan
