Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN - $1,722 per week
About the role
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, including general medical and surgical patients with a variety of conditions. The nurse will work in a telemetry unit and must possess strong clinical skills and ability to manage multiple patients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain patient care on a telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:6-7.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Utilize telemetry equipment to observe and interpret cardiac rhythms.
- Provide educational support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
Requirements
- Active RN license in hand.
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
- Two years of nursing experience preferred, especially in charge roles.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
