Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN - $1,721 per week
About the role
This beautiful, travel friendly hospital on the east side of Iowa is looking for travel Telemetry nurses for a 13 week assignments. Assignment will be 36 hours per week with 12 hour shifts. Must have BLS, ACLS and active Iowa or compact license to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with medical orders and established policies and procedures
- Assess patients’ physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural needs
- Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Evaluate patient progress toward goals and make necessary adjustments to the plan of care
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS and active Iowa or compact license required
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or compact state
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
