Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - $1,659 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry position in Florence, South Carolina. The assignment begins 10/19/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts). This is a travel nursing role requiring a valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to unit protocols and policies.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to formulate care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Epic.
• Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established protocols.

Requirements

• Currently hold a valid South Carolina RN license or a Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• Experience with telemetry and proficiency in managing medications and care for patients with chronic conditions.
• Epic electronic charting experience required.

Schedule

4x12‑Hour Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
