About the Role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Document care and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
- Advocate for patients and facilitate discharge planning
- Perform other assigned duties within the scope of practice
Requirements
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical, technical, mental, and sensory abilities required to perform duties effectively
