Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and manage treatments
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate documentation
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Advocate for patient needs and maintain professional ethics
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Physical ability to assist with patient care activities
Skills
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC technology
