About the role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac data
• Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans

Requirements

• At least one year of recent Med Surg experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications (Preferred)

• NIHSS certification
• ACLS certification

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Technical and physical abilities to manage multiple patients and operate equipment
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and ethics
