About the role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac telemetry
- Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Perform documentation and patient advocacy
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure safety protocols
Requirements
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include NIHSS and ACLS certifications.
