Travel Med Surg RN

Role: Travel Med Surg RN Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units; assess patient conditions; monitor cardiac telemetry; administer medications; perform comprehensive assessments; prepare patients for procedures; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; document care; ensure infection control; advocate for patient needs; facilitate discharge planning; and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: One year of recent Med Surg RN experience; valid RN license; current BLS certification; strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; physical ability to move equipment and assist patients; mental resilience under pressure; proficiency in reading, writing, and PC use; visual acuity; and ability to work with diverse teams.
