About the role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
- Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for diagnostics
- Maintain a safe environment and adhere to safety and infection control standards
- Document patient information accurately
- Advocate for patient needs
Requirements
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- NIHSS certification
- ACLS certification
