Travel Med Surg RN

We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities Include Assessing patient conditions and monitoring vital signs and telemetry dataAdministering medications and treatments following standardsPreparing patients for procedures and assisting physiciansCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plansEnsuring patient safety, infection control, and documentation accuracyEducating patients and families, advocating for patient needs, and coordinating dischargeManaging multiple patients efficiently and maintaining a safe environment Qualifications And Skills One year of recent Med Surg RN experienceValid RN license and current BLS certificationStrong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting and movementAbility to work under pressure, follow instructions, and utilize PC skills Preferred Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, and additional licenses as needed.
