Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients, including post surgical, orthopedic, and general medical cases.
- Assist in the management of patients with pneumonia, dialysis, palliative care, hospice, end of life, and chemo treatments.
- Support unit operations, including remote telemetry monitoring and patient assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Float between different MedSurg units as needed, with floor-specific orientation and preceptor support.
Requirements
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) is the only required certification.
Pay
$1,996.96 - $2,096.81 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
