About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Meditech experience for our Medical Surgical unit in Winchester, Tennessee. This 13-week travel contract position requires effective patient care skills and the ability to provide compassionate support to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assist in patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Meditech experience.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts, days (07:00 – 19:00).
- 36 hours per week.
