Travel Med Surg RN - $1,820 per week

About the role

Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg position in Granbury, Texas. Start date 10/12/2026, 13‑week contract, 36 hours per week on the night shift (12‑hour shifts, 7 PM–7 AM).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within your scope of practice.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the EMR system (MEDHOST).

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
• ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year Med‑Surg experience preferred.
• Travel experience is a plus.
• Titers must be in hand at the time of submission.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.

Schedule

Night shift, 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week, 13‑week assignment.
