Travel Med-Surg Registered Nurse - $2,103 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week contract position requiring rotating shifts between day and night, with 12-hour shifts. Candidates should be available for every other weekend. Compliance with flu and COVID vaccination requirements is mandatory, although medical and religious declinations will be considered. Orientation duration varies, impacting weekly hours for that week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient activities and responses accurately in records.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
