Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,103 per week

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgian nursing experience.
