Travel LTC/SNF RN - $1,676 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Lakota, North Dakota.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment starting on 08/24/2026. The schedule is 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or chronic/progressive illnesses, often working with the elderly and those needing assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing).
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Complete assignments made by physicians and provide routine treatment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.
• Be well-versed in a large variety of health conditions due to the broad range of medical conditions encountered in long-term care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Additional facility-specific requirements may apply.
