Travel LTC/SNF RN - $1,676 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing assignment with one of our top healthcare clients, requiring eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or chronic/progressive illnesses, including assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing).
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Complete assignments made by physicians and provide routine treatment.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration for continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and the treatment team.
• Stay well-versed in a broad range of medical conditions encountered in long-term care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Additional facility-specific requirements may apply.

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts
