About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Mandan, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities and progress.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Dakota.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.
