About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Garrison, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Dakota.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care or SNF preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours shift, days.
