About the role
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week assignment in Davenport, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or suffering from progressive or chronic illnesses.
- Work with the elderly and others who need assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing.
- Administer medication.
- Meticulously document medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians, and other treatment team members.
- Assess changes in the patient's health status and perform various treatments.
- Complete assignments made by physicians.
Requirements
- Active RN License or Active LPN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS Certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term care setting
Qualifications
- Other requirements are to be determined by our client’s facility

Well-versed in a large variety of health conditions.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours shift, nights.
