Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $1,889 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Portage, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform medication administration and other therapeutic procedures as directed.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term acute care setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term acute care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
