Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an LTAC setting
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds
• Assist with medication administration and treatments

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in LTAC preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current CPR certification
