Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $1,820 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Charleston, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assess and document patient needs, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in LTAC preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and procedures.
