Job Description Bring your long-term care experience to a nursing and rehabilitation setting in Barre, Vermont. This assignment offers a daytime schedule, with the possibility of picking up longer shifts depending on staffing needs. Requirements Active Vermont LPN license or eligible provisional license.Fingerprinting and required background-check steps must be completed according to Vermont requirements.Long-term care experience preferred.Ability to work day shifts and adapt to available shift lengths.
