Full-Time LPN - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
• Conduct intake screenings and ongoing health assessments
• Respond to medical needs and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to nursing protocols
• Foster a safe, professional, and respectful care environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid LPN license
• Ability to work independently and handle a busy workload
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Duties

• Contribute to patient health and well-being within an underserved population
• Support a structured work environment with a focus on impactful care
• Participate in a rotating schedule, including every other weekend
