About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings for medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Deliver care according to prescribed orders
- Monitor physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect and analyze data to identify actual or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current RN or LVN license in the practicing state
- Up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
Preferred candidates have at least one year of professional nursing experience. Ideal candidates possess strong clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
