About the role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care facility. This role emphasizes high-quality, resident-centered care and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure residents' well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident health and develop individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and medications
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Educate residents and their families on care and health management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
- Handle emergency situations with critical thinking and effective communication
Requirements
- At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- ACLS and additional certifications are preferred
