About the role
Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term-care facility setting, emphasizing high-quality, resident-centered care within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise and oversee nursing staff
- Educate residents and families
- Document all aspects of care accurately
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
- Monitor residents’ health status and perform skilled nursing procedures
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
- Minimum one year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS certification (preferred)
