About the role

Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term-care facility setting, emphasizing high-quality, resident-centered care within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health and develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Supervise and oversee nursing staff
  • Educate residents and families
  • Document all aspects of care accurately
  • Respond to medical emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
  • Monitor residents’ health status and perform skilled nursing procedures
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) RN experience
  • Valid RN license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • ACLS certification (preferred)
