About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) in Berlin, Vermont. The start date is July 30, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week and a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a long-term care setting
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Vermont
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in long-term care procedures and protocols
