About the role
This position is for a travel nurse RN in Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026 in Middlebury, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a long-term care setting
- Assist with daily living activities as needed
- Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Vermont
- Current BLS certification
