Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) in Berlin, Vermont. The start date is September 28, 2026, and the duration is 13 weeks, with a 36-hour workweek and a 12-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a long-term care setting.

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Vermont.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
