Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse - $2,255 per week

About the role

Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Berlin, Vermont. This assignment is for 13 weeks, beginning on November 9, 2026, with a focus on providing quality patient care within a rehab and nursing facility. The role requires a committed professional able to work nights, with a flexible and compassionate approach to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care within a rehab and nursing facility
• Work 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Float to other units as needed
• Work two out of four major holidays

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Active RN license
• Experience with dementia patients
• Comfortable working with patient populations requiring long-term care
• Reliable transportation
• Schedule adherence as outlined in contract
• Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Complete work history data required for submission

Certifications

• BLS through the American Heart Association required

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, night shifts
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
