Required Qualifications
Valid license to practice
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience
Located within 80 miles or using the organization's housing
Preferred Qualifications
IV-C certification for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

Unit notes specify a 128-bed facility with patient ratios of 1:32
EMR system in use is Point Click Care (PCC)
No charge differential at the facility
No on-call or billable callbacks are available
Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur a fee
Orientation pathway must be completed with facility staff
